WFP uses new route through Sudan to deliver food to famine-hit South Sudan

The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) today began to move food assistance to reach famine-hit and food-insecure people in South Sudan by using a newly opened humanitarian corridor announced by the Government of Sudan this week.
