AUC Chairperson condemns attack in Kenya

The Chairperson of the Commission of the African Union (AU), Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, has condemned in the strongest terms an attack that killed at least 12 people in the northeastern border town of Mandera on 25 October 2016.
