BRUSSELS, Kingdom of Belgium, May 7, 2015/African Press Organization (APO)/ — Rwandan Minister of Finance and Economic Planning Claver Gatete and Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Rwanda Ambassador Michael Ryan today signed an agreement for €4 million (approx. “As we are now ready to start implementing the new €460 million aid programme for Rwanda, funded from contributions by EU Member States, it is important that there is technical expertise and informative studies that support the programmes, as well as training to continue to strengthen capacity”, said Michael Ryan, Head of the EU Delegation to Rwanda.
