UNDP in conjunction with the Ministry of Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 will launch the Kenya Vision 2030 online course alongside its IEC strategy at KICC at 9.00am

 

The course promotes continuous sensitization of all Kenyans and partners on the Vision 2030, its Medium Term Plan (MTP) and the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in a cost effective manner. The Launch will reinforce the government’s quest to provide the public with better access to information in line with principles enshrined in Kenya’s new constitution.

 

Under the Mainstreaming of the MDGs project funded by UNDP and the Government of Finland, an amount of Kshs 4.5 million has been spent on sensitization while an additional Kshs. 10.5 million under the Poverty and Education Initiative (PEI) project supporting Vision 2030.
