FREETOWN, Sierra Leone, February 23, 2012/African Press Organization (APO)/ — Justice Philip Waki of Kenya will be sworn in as an Alternate Judge of the Special Court’s Appeals Chamber on Monday, 27 February 2012. The ceremony will take place at the SCSL courthouse in Freetown starting at 10:30 a.m. prompt. The media is welcome to attend.
