COMESA Court of Justice publicity seminar
ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia, July 25, 2011/African Press Organization (APO)/ — The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) Court of Justice, in collaboration with the African Union Commission (AUC) Legal Counsel will hold a publicity seminar on COMESA Court of Justice. Under the theme: ensuring economic integration by bringing justice to the common market, the publicity seminar will take place from 26-27 July 2011, at the African Union headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The objectives of the publicity seminar are to discuss on the establishment and composition of COMESA Court of Justice; to raise awareness about the operation of COMESA Court of Justice from legal and economic perspectives; and to discuss the theme ensuring economic integration by bringing justice to the common market, among other issues.
Participants on the publicity seminar will be composed of COMESA, AUC, international organizations; diplomatic corps and media personnel.
All journalists are invited to attend the opening ceremony tomorrow, Tuesday 26 July 2011 at 10:00am, at the African Union Headquarters, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
