African Union / Press conference of Director of the 4th Vice-President of the Pan-African Parliamant
ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia, January 28, 2011/African Press Organization (APO)/ — The 4th Vice-President of the Pan-African Parliament, Mr Joram Gumbo, will hold a press conference, on Friday 28 January 2011, at 09:30 at the Media Center of the African Union, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
During the press conference, which is held within the framework of the 16th AU Summit, Mr Gumbo will address the following issues:
Status of the transformation of the role of PAP, from consultative to legislative (Update)
Ratification of AU Charter on Democracy, Elections and Governance
Recommendation of PAP to the Assembly
