The UN Secretary-General: Libya (27 March).
Saturday, 27 March
Sirte (Libya): Arab League Summit. The UN Secretary-General will address the meeting and will discuss, among other things, his recent visit to Israel and the occupied Palestinian territory and last week’s meeting of the Quartet in Moscow.
Tenerife: ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly. Highlights include: Haiti, climate change, the Global Fund for AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis, Economic Partnership Agreements, bananas, Sudan and Somalia (till 1 April).
Valencia: 5th Meeting of Spanish and African Women for a Better World. World premiere of the documentary entitled “What is Africa?” (Till 28 March).
