Eighth Session of the « Fridays of the Commission » Conference/Debate
ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia, December 16, 2009/African Press Organization (APO)/ — The last Session of the Fridays of the Commission for 2009 will be organized on
18 December 2009 from 2:30pm to 6:00pm.
At the Headquarters of the Commission of the African Union.
A burning current and relevant issue entitled :
“Africa, Multilateralism and Human Security”
Speakers of international repute, teaching in the most famous Universities and Institutes of Europe have been chosen to deal with this theme and the related sub-themes. They are:
Professor Bertrand BADIE- Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, will present the following: « Africa between Exclusion and Integration » ;
Professor Frederic RAMEL –Université Paris XI, will present the following problem: « Values and Development in Africa and in International Relations» ;
Professor Guillaume DEVIN – Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, will speak on the theme: « The «South» and the Social Issues of Multilateralism. »
