COPENHAGEN, Denmark, December 7, 2009/African Press Organization (APO)/ — The Executive Secretary of the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA), Mr. Abdoulie Janneh, will lead an ECA delegation to Copenhagen to take part in the 15th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (COP-15) from December 7-18 2009.
