Why:               The AU will discuss outcomes of the 2nd Pan African Cultural Congress currently being held in Addis Ababa: its celebrations of the 100th birthday of the great African hero Kwame Nkrumah; the exhibition on African cultural renaissance and the spirit of Pan Africanism which was held concurrently with the Congress; and the Caravan for Peace

 

Who:               The press conference will be addressed by AU Commissioner for Social Affairs Advocate Bience Gawanas and other high officials from the Congress
