Answer: Zimbabwe Finance Minister Tendai Biti will meet with State Department officials on Friday, April 24, including Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs William Burns, Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for African Affairs Mary Jo Wills, and officials from other State Department offices.
