Signing of Agreement on Consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore, 25 February 2009
SINGAPORE, Singapore, February 26, 2009/African Press Organization (APO)/ — Egyptian Assistant Foreign Minister for Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Island Affairs HE Hussein Haridy called on Minister for Foreign Affairs George Yeo at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 25 February 2009.
During his visit, HE Haridy co-chaired the Inaugural Egypt-Singapore Bilateral Consultations with Second Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs Bilahari Kausikan. Both also co-signed an Agreement on Consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore. The Consultations aim to enhance ongoing cooperation by reviewing bilateral relations on a regular basis.
