
Lyon conference on numerical solidarity / Press conference
LYON, France, November 6, 2008/African Press Organization (APO)/ — On the occasion of the Lyon Conference on Numerical Solidarity, a press conference will be held at 1:30 PM at the Lyon Hotel de Ville (City Hall) November 24, 2008
At the invitation of the President of the French Republic, Nicolas Sarkozy, following a proposal of H.E. Abdoulaye Wade, President of Senegal, and in the framework of the French Presidency of the European Union, Lyon will host an international conference on numerical solidarity on November 24, 2008, featuring heads of States and governments, but also national representatives of local authorities, international organizations, NGOs and businesses.
This conference is organized under the patronage of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, (Quai d’Orsay), of the Rhone-Alpes Region and the Lyon Urban Community.
